“Our meet ups to talk about my birth experience and all of the things were always so great, it felt like hanging out with a long time friend I’ve known forever. :) my labor experience with Kailen was so amazing also, as soon as we got to the hospital she made sure I had cold water, was settled in and feeling comfortable before she left for the night. I was admitted the night before my actual induction for cervical softening meds, so she made sure i was all good to go with my birth plan in place and hydrated before she left to get her own rest. During my labor I started to get some muscle spasms in my shoulders and she had some massage tools and oils to help calm down those spasms. She also was such a comfort to my husband as well, this is our first baby and what a life changing time this is for us; my husband was just as nervous as any other new father and Kailen really made sure to also pour into him as well.”
